Description
After 22 months in England as group engineering officer at a B-24 base, Captain Robert Bandeen, returned to the States recently and is now spending a 30-day leave with his parents, Mr. and Mrs. D. A. Bandeen. Bandeen, 23, who had three and a half years of mechanical engineering at Texas Tech, was awarded the Bronze Star for inventing some emergency gadgets used for splicing cable and hydraulic tubes severed by flak.
