Station Manager Clyde Pemberton of Radio Station KFJZ presents to Mrs. O. G. Mills, with an enlargement of an official war photo showing her son, Sergeant James D. Mills, brushing the snow off the body of a dead buddy in France. The photograph was entitled "Recovering bodies of massacred comrades." Mrs. Mills first saw the picture in the Star-Telegram several months ago and recognized her son. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition, July 27, 1945.
