    Private First Class Morris C. Reynolds, left, and Private First Class Martin C. Anderson, center, wounded veterans of the European campaign, are in Fort Worth, Texas, from McCloskey General Hospital. They are discussing plans with M. D. Mitchell, regional representative of the United States Railroad Retirement Board, for their participation in the recruiting of urgently-needed railroad workers. The three men are sitting around a desk. The veterans are wearing their military uniforms and Mr. Mitchell is wearing a collared shirt, necktie and trousers. On the desk is a box of files and a telephone.
