Description
Termed by city garbage collectors "the most beautiful alley in Fort Worth" this grassy strip banked with flower beds and morning glory vines is the result of neighborly co-operation among residents in the 1200 block of E. Allen and Elmwood. Pictured are J. W. Beeman, left, 1204 E. Allen, his neighbor J. H. Collins, 1206 E. Allen, and Mrs. E. E. Lockard, 1207 Elmwood, who is snipping a bouquet.
