Description

A father and his two children are among the labor army recruited to help pick peaches in Parker County. Shown picking peaches, left to right, are A. A. Frazier, his 12-year-old son, Donald, and 14-year-old daughter, Gloria Fay. They are picking the last of the Hale Haven peaches in the orchard of F. E. Williams. They are all wearing shirts, hats and trousers. Two baskets full of peaches are on the ground, next to a stack of empty baskets.
