    Description

Family picnics are common Fourth of July celebrations. Three families who gathered for a Fourth of July picnic at Forest Park are Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Neal, and two children; Mr. and Mrs. A. B. Hammonds, of New Boston, who are visiting Mr. and Mrs. C. G. Hudson. Also included in the picture are the Hudson's two children, and Mrs. H. B. Mills and two children. The families are seated around a picnic table and food and drinks are spread on it, with a table cloth covering. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition, July 5, 1945.
