    Description

The Springtown Reunion Association will hold its annual reunion here. During the day's festivities, a history compiled by Mrs. Maude Sneed of Fort Worth, secretary of the organization since 1931, will be sold. It is entitled "The Tale of Two Schools, Sprintown and Parker County." President W. A. White of Weatherford, has extended a cordial invitation to all members to attend. The association is composed of former students of the College Hill Institute, known as the John W. McCracken School, and Springtown Male and Female Institute, known as the B. F. Fronabarger School, as well as pioneer citizens of Springtown and their relatives. Mr. White is wearing a light-colored double-breasted suit; Mrs. Sneed is wearing a dark- colored lace dress with a hat. They are standing next to each other by a bare wall. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition, July 6, 1945.
