W. E. Hines, executive vice president of First National Bank at Bridgeport, will take a similar position with the City National Bank of Plainview on July 1. Hines has been connected with the bank here for 10 years and has been an active member of Wise County civic affairs including war bond drives and Red Cross work. Mr. and Mrs. Hines were honored at a farewell party at the home of Mr. and Mrs. W. H. Hutcheson of Bridgeport. Accompanying Mr. and Mrs. Hines to Plainview will be their three children, Lady Joy, 16, Mary Ann, 14, and W. E. Hines Junior, 2. Hines is wearing a stripped suit and a tie with bold design.
