    Two of the returned veterans who passed through Fort Worth are pictured here. They are Private First Class (Pfc.) John C. Taylor, Fairfiied, Texas, left, and Private First Class (Pfc.) Gerald Self, Denison, Texas. They are shown dressed in uniforms, standing side by side at Fort Worth Texas and Pacific Station (T&P Station). Behind them is a train. Both are back from India, where they spent 33 months. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram evening edition, June 29, 1945.
