    Taking a breather during the 86th's short stay in Fort Worth were these three Texans. Left to right, they are Captain Charles W. Hodges, Ranger, Sergeant Elbert A. Barnes, Belton, and Corporal F. W. McCathern of Dallas. All are standing next to each other and dressed in their military uniforms. Published in The Fort Worth Star-Telegram Morning Edition June 21, 1945.
