Roberto "Beto" Delgado, of El Paso, Texas, 13, who is on an evangelistic speaking tour with his father. He will speak at the Mexican Methodist Church and at the Mexican Presbyterian Center in Fort Worth, Texas. Beto can recite all the psalms of the Bible in Hebrew, Spanish and English and can give a synopsis of every chapter in the Bible from memory. He is shown standing against a blank wall, wearing a hat, a collared shirt, and trousers.
