Crewmen at the Geochemical Surveys and West Texas Drilling Company Number 1 H. B. Finch, west offset to a 2,000-foot south extension to the Reddin pool in Taylor and Jones Counties. One of the members of the crew Walter Red, left, is pictured here. In the picture there is an unidentified man seated next to Walter. Walter is shown seated and writing with a pencil on a notepad. He is wearing trousers, full sleeved shirts, and a hat. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition, July 1, 1945.
