Description
A giant freight van loaded with groceries crashed deep into the Draper Grocery when it failed to make a turn at Hemphill and Kellis. The Chevrolet truck is smashed into a display of seeds. There are boxes of flour, Quaker corn meal, Light Crust flour, potatoes, tomato juice, Carnation evaporated milk, and vinegar are strewn across the store and Kotex pads on the shelf. Spectators can be seen through the back left window. The room has hammered tin ceiling panels and transom windows.
