Shown testing equipment for the intercommunication system and visual education unit now being installed at R. Vickery Elementary School as a memorial to the late Richard Vickery for whom the school was named. Mrs. Vickery, his widow and Elmo Reeves, principal, looking at intercommunication system equipment. In the picture you can see Mrs. Vickery sitting down in front of the intercommunication system and she appears to be wearing a long black dress.
