Description
Service points totaling from 89 to 125 have brought discharges to five Fort Worth service men under the Army's point system. Larry F. Forrester, was a former staff sergeant and chief telephone operator who was inducted into the Army Signal Corps in July 1941, had 106 points. Saturday he was one of the first Fort Worth men to receive an honorable discharge at Fort Sam Houston. He will make his home in Fort Worth with his wife, Teddy Forrester, and their 9-month-old daughter, Rose Marie. Mrs. Forrester is the former Teddy Corriveau. Published in Fort Worth Star-Telegram, evening edition, May 11, 1945.
