McIntosh, San Antonio Light; Jack Bisco, United Press, New York; Jess Sweetser, Curtiss-Wright public relations and former national amateur golf champion; Herman Low, Philadelphia Inquirer. Published Fort Worth Star-Telegram Morning Edition May 12, 1945.
