Description
An increasingly acute shortage of boxcars for transportation of the 1945 Texas grain crop was forecast by members of the Texas Grain and Feed Dealers Association, holding their annual meeting. Lloyd V. Nelson of Claude, Texas, elected president of the Texas Grain and Feed Dealers Association. Mr. Nelson is seen to be sitting at a table wearing a suit with a striped tie and eyeglasses. Published in The Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition, May 12, 1945.
