Local Artists Show Judges are left to right, Sergeant William Palmer, Bertha Landers, and Loren Mozley. The judges are posed beside Kelly Fearing's oil paint "Kite Flyers." The painting was chosen as winner of the Leonard Brothers $250 purchase prize in the Local Artists Show. The show was sponsored by the Fort Worth Art Association. Sergeant Palmer is dressed in his military uniform. Miss Landers is sitting in a chair. She is wearing a pillbox hat, blouse, blazer, skirt, and a seahorse brooch. Mr. Mozley is dressed in a suit.
