    Description

    The photograph was snapped at the height of the fire that destroyed a pattern shop at Texas Steel Mills. The building destroyed was one of the smaller in the firm. George W. Armstrong Jr., general manager, estimated damages at $3,000. The blaze can be seen trough a window as the firemen are on the hose. Equipment surrounds the area.
