    Description

    The Texas State Highway Patrol has a new radio truck. The 11,000 pound vehicle will appear on the scene of any disaster in Texas where a radio transmitter is needed, within a few hours. The truck is the brain child of Sergeant R. G. Wilkins, communications chief, and is valued at $10,000. Text on the side of the truck reads, "Texas Highway Patrol Communications."
