Mrs. Eddie Moore, Eddie Moore and Ray Ward sitting on the front porch of the Moore's flooded house at 3324 Hanger Avenue in Fort Worth, Texas. In front of the house can be seen a flood several inches deep covering the ground and street. Mr. Moore was a former star outfielder for the Fort Worth Baseball Club. This photograph was published in the June 10, 1940 morning edition of the Star-Telegram.
