Description
Burton B. Paddock, mailman third class of the U. S. Navy. Paddock is shown standing in front of an empty wall wearing a naval uniform and smiling widely. He is in Fort Worth, Texas visiting his wife and their three children, Bill, Mary and Claudia. Paddock is a grandson of Captain B. B. Paddock, former mayor of the city. Paddock made the highest grade ever given on a general classifications naval test in San Diego. He was placed as section leader with the fleet records division of the naval post office in San Francisco. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition, April 22, 1945.
