Portrait of Governor Young Foster with smoking pipe in his mouth. He is charged by the state as an accomplice of Anna Blann Foster in the death of J. G. Blann, and he also is charged with using poison to murder Mrs. Nannie Foster, the second of his three wives, in connection with her death in July 1943. Published in Fort Worth Star-Telegram, evening edition, April 12, 1945.
