Staff Sergeant Marshall Gibbons is on a 45 day furlough he is spending with his parents, Mr. and Mrs. A.M. Gibbons, 2201 College. Gibbons was stationed in Ireland and England before moving to France, Belgium, and Holland. While in Belfast, he met and married the former Miss Dorothy Clarke. His wife and their seven month-old son, Marshall Bruce, still are in Ireland, awaiting passage to the United States. Gibbons is a graduate of Paschal High School and a former employee of the Federal Royalties Company. He has one brother in service, Capt.
