    Description

    The family of Sergeant Cecil L. Jenkins received good news from the War Department regarding the soldier. He was liberated from a German war camp, Stalag 5-A. Sitting on a couch, left to right, are C. T. Ballard, Mrs. Minnie Ballard, and Mrs. Ethel Jenkins. Mr. Ballard is the Sergeant's step-father. He is dressed in a button-up shirt and trousers. Mrs. Ballard, mother, is wearing a collared dress. Mrs. Jenkins, wife, is wearing a button-up blouse with a scroll design and a skirt.
