    Left to right, William Skipping, 12 and Charles Koppa, 9, safety patrol members at West Van Zandt Elementary School, will participate in a radio program with Mrs. Margaret L. Stute, manager of the Fort Worth Safety Council, over KRLD on March 19, 1945 at 4 p.m. The boys will discuss work done in the safety patrol and its value. Skipping is the son of Mr. and Mrs. W. R. Skipping and Charles is the son of Mr. and Mrs. W. J. Koppa. The boys are standing next to each other by a blank wall. Skipping is wearing safety patrol belt and badge while Koppa is wearing a coat over his shirt and pants. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition, March 18, 1945.
