Description
Clay Bishop, captain of the Identification and Records Bureau of the Police Department received his inactive duty status from the Navy February 28 after voluntarily serving from April 20, 1942. He served as chief warrant officer in naval intelligence, saw nine months of overseas duty in Africa and France. He plans to make Fort Worth his permanent home. He is a member of the South Side Lions Club, the Business and Professional Man's Post of the American Legion, the Moslah Shrine and is past state vice president of the international Association for Identification. Bishop is wearing a striped double-breasted suit and is sitting down and has a simple backdrop behind him. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition, March 19, 1945.
