    Description

    Thomas W. Boone is a former service man and veteran of both World Wars. During World War I, he served with the 36th Division in France. At the outbreak of World War II, he joined the first state guard to be organized in Fort Worth, Texas. Later in 1942, Mr. Boone entered the Army. In 1943 he went overseas with the 88th Infantry Division and served in Italy until he was discharged. The forty-six year old veteran is head of the hat department at Monnig's Store, where he was employed prior to his service. He is standing in front of a column dressed in a double breasted pinstripe suit.
