Description
Tin can salvage is doing citywide collection of processed tin cans. Elton H. Hyder, tin can salvage chairman, dressed in a suit, holding tin cans, and standing atop a large pile of flattened cans deposited on railroad right-of-way. A freight car will speed them on to an Alabama de-tinning plant. Published in The Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition, March 1, 1945.
