How To Hit -- Texas Christian University baseball. Coach Dutch Meyer, who was a pitcher in his playing days, gives Texas Christian University(TCU) Frogs their first baseball lesson-by what end to hold the bat. Left to right the team candidates are: Tommy Russell, Bill Davis, Earl Conrad, Claude Scott, Don King and James McCaleb. There are two unidentified players at the right. All are in uniforms, some wearing gloves. Published in The Fort Worth Star-Telegram evening edition, March 9, 1945.
