San Antonio Man Ends Combat Tour. Second Lieutenant Glenn McGaffigan, son of Mrs. Hattie McGaffigan, San Antonio, Texas, has arrived in the United States after completing a combat tour as pilot of the India-China Division, Air Transport Command. He was awarded the Distinguished Flying Cross (DFC), Air Medal and Distinguished Unit Badge for 300 hours of operational flight over the "Hump" along air routes between India and China.
