He is shown standing against a bare wall, facing front slightly towards left, dressed in suit and tie. He is wearing eyeglasses. After six years of service here in Fort Worth, Texas, he is moving to Spartanburg, South Carolina for a similar position in the south-eastern regional office. Formerly he employed in the editorial department of the Star-Telegram. He is a native of Fisher County, Texas. Mrs. Webb and their two children, Charles and Martha, will accompany him to Spartanburg.
