After six years of service here in Fort Worth, Texas, he is moving to Spartanburg, South Carolina for a similar position in the south-eastern regional office. Formerly he employed in the editorial department of the Star-Telegram. He is a native of Fisher County, Texas. Mrs. Webb and their two children, Charles and Martha, will accompany him to Spartanburg.
