The Golden Gloves State Tournament was held in Fort Worth, Texas at the Will Rogers Memorial Coliseum. One of the state champions is bantamweight Hector Marquiz. He is being presented with his championship ring by an unidentified man. Marquiz is dressed in boxing trunks, a robe, and a towel around his neck.
