Nelson A. Rockefeller, Assistant Secretary of State headed a group of diplomats who stopped at the Fort Worth's Municipal Airport en route from Washington, D. C. to the Inter-American Conference in Mexico City. Visiting diplomats left to right, Harry Frantz, Department of State; Doctor L. S. Rowe, director general of Pan-American Union; Assistant Secretary of State Nelson A. Rockefeller; Carlos Martins, Brazil's ambassador; Doctor Don Julian R. Caceres, Honduras' ambassador; Don Victor Andrade, Bolivia's ambassador; Warren L. Pierson (behind Andrade), president of Ex-Import Bank of Washington; Wayne Chatfield Taylor, acting Secretary of Commerce; and Doctor Don Sevilla-Sacasa, Nicaragua's ambassador. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition, February 18, 1945.
