    Description

    Nelson A. Rockefeller, Assistant Secretary of State headed a group of diplomats who stopped at the Fort Worth's Municipal Airport en route from Washington, D. C. to the Inter-American Conference in Mexico City. Visiting diplomats left to right, Galo Plaza Lasso, Ecuador's ambassador; Dr. Don Guillermo Sevilla Sacasa, Nicaragua's ambassador; Emilio Garcia Godoy, Dominican Republic's ambassador; Dr. Don Celso R. Velázquez, Paraguay's ambassador and Don Guillermo Belt Ramírez, Cuba's ambassador. The men are standing next to each other. They are all wearing suits and ties.
