Lieutenant Leo C. Nichols, twenty-four, is the pilot of a B-24 bomber and a veteran of forty-eight missions. He was home for a brief visit in Fort Worth, Texas, en route to the base in Lincoln, Nebraska, where he will be a communications officer. Lieutenant Nichols is a Paschal High School graduate. He wears the Air Medal and has a presidential citation. He is standing against a wall dressed in his military uniform.
