    Civilian and military personnel of the Quartermaster Depot raised $1,000 in dimes for the Polio fund. Colonel W. L. Bartley, depot commanding officer is receiving the check from, left to right, Mrs. Bessie Kelso, Mrs. Elizabeth Webb, Mrs. Dorothy Garvin and Miss Evelyn M. Johnson. Mrs. Kelso is wearing a button-up dress with a corsage. Mrs. Webb is dressed in a collared blouse, blazer, skirt, and a corsage. Colonel Bartley is dressed in his military uniform. Mrs. Garvin is wearing a dress and a corsage. Mrs. Johnson is dressed in a collared blouse, blazer, skirt, and corsage.
