Eight Texas Golden Glove Champions will represent the Lone Star State in the Tournament of Champions. The Golden Gloves National Tournament will be held in Chicago, Illinois. Three of the representatives, left to right, are Private Jim McGrath (Middleweight), Private First Class Attra (Light-Heavyweight), and Hector Marquez (Bantamweight). The boxers are shown in a fighting stance, dressed in boxing trunks.
