Pictured here is T. F. Boyle. His son, Private (Pvt.) James A. Boyle was one of the 513 rescued from a Japanese prison camp in Luzon. Mr. Boyle is shown standing at work in a shell plant. He is helping turn out more shells to blast the Japanese. He is dressed in a hat, button-up shirt, overalls, and work gloves and wearing eyeglasses. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition, February 2, 1945.
