Description

The National Wool Growers Association is holding their convention at the Hotel Texas in Fort Worth, Texas. Attending the convention, left to right three wool men, are Louis A. Schreiner, Price Maddox, and Ray Ridenhower. They are standing in the Hotel Texas lobby. Mr. Schreiner is a banker, grower and operator of the state's oldest warehouse in Kerrville, Texas. He is dressed in a three-piece tweed suit and wearing eyeglasses. Mr. Maddox, of Sweetwater, Texas, is the former president of the Texas Sheep and Goat Raisers' Association. He is wearing a three-piece pinstripe suit and smoking a cigar. Mr. Ridenhower is a grower from Junction, Texas. He is dressed in a three-piece suit. All men are wearing ties. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram evening edition, January 30, 1945.
