The National Wool Growers Association is holding their convention at the Hotel Texas in Fort Worth, Texas. Attending the convention, left to right, are Ray W. Willoughby, R. C. Rich, G. N. Winder, and J. M. Jones. Mr. Willoughby, of San Angelo, Texas, is president of the Texas Sheep and Goat Raisers Association. He is dressed in a three-piece suit. Mr. Rich, is president of the American Wool Council. He is wearing a pinstripe suit and smoking a cigar. Mr. Winder is the national president of the American Wool Growers Association. He is dressed in a three-piece suit and smoking a cigarette. Mr. Jones is the secretary-treasurer of the American Wool Growers Association. He is wearing a double breasted suit. All four men are wearing ties. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition, January 29, 1945.
