Description

Mary Frances Ginsburg and O. L. Hilyard Junior were presented the American Legion Scholarship Awards by Forest Wildman, commander of Railway Mail Service Post 477, the American Legion, at the E. M. Daggett Junior High School. The students received the awards for high standards of character, honor, courage, scholarship leadership and service to their school and community. They are standing against a bare wall. Miss Ginsburg is wearing a sweater and Mr. Hilyard is wearing a collared shirt, vest, and trousers.
