Description
Shot of a bullet and the power lines it severed. The American Manufacturing Company was affected by the power shortage. A.22 rifle shell caused the damage to the three-wire cable carrying 60,000 volts to the plant. The shell was found by Texas Electric Service Company crew working on the line. Published in Fort Worth Star-Telegram, morning edition, January 17, 1945.
