Value to Texas land owners of the Lambert Co-ordinate System of definitely locating property lines by geodetic methods was discussed at the one-day session at the Blackstone Hotel of the Texas Society of Professional Engineers. Standing left to right are Elgin B. Robertson, new president of the Texas Society of Professional Engineers; W. A. Rounds, head of the West Texas chapter of the state organization; and Bruce Williams, vice president of the national organization. The three men are wearing suits and Mr. Rounds is wearing eyeglasses. Published in Fort Worth Star-Telegram, morning edition, January 16, 1945.
