Neyland "Skip" Allen Junior is posing with the cake awarded to him at W. C. Stripling Junior High School. Skip was the winner in a citizenship project contest sponsored by the Hi-Y Club. Skip shared the cake with the losers at the regular club meeting on Friday afternoon. He is standing in an office, wearing a collared shirt, sweater, and trousers.
