Miller, chairman of arrangements, and Homer Covey, chamber president; seated at a table, left to right, are Brigadier General Charles W. Sullivan of the Army Air Forces Training Command Headquarters and Grove H. Patterson of the Toledo Blade, who delivered the address of the evening. General Sullivan is wearing his military uniform and the other three men are wearing suits. On the table are bowls, plates, cups and utensils.
