Some of the 33 boys and girls of North Hi-Mount School who celebrated their graduation from high sixth-grade to W. C. Stripling Junior High School with a banquet in the school cafeteria. They are (seated, left to right) Irene Hunter, Barbara Jean Irvin, Margaret Hailey, Patricia Walters, and (standing left to right), A. W. Montague, Jack Bean, Jack Crockett and Beegie Newberry was master of ceremonies for the banquet. Published in Fort Worth Star-Telegram evening edition June 5, 1940.
