    Description

    Private First Class Elliott M. Eaton, 21, was wounded for the second time in Italy. The War Department notified his wife, Mrs. Doris Eaton. Private Eaton entered the service in 1940 when the National Guard was mobilized. He was awarded the Purple Heart when he was wounded the first time. Private Eaton is pictured wearing his military uniform.
