Golden Gloves officials are preparing for the upcoming District Tournament at Will Rogers Memorial Coliseum. Pictured left to right, are Arthur Massey, George Whitman, and Marion Wells. They are officials for the Tarrant Association of the Amateur Athletic Union (A.A.U.). They will make decisions concerning eligibility matters in the tournament. Mr. Massey is dressed in a three-piece suit. Mr. Whitman, president of the organization, is wearing a double breasted, pinstripe suit. Mr. Wells is dressed in a double breasted suit. The photograph was published in the morning edition of the Fort Worth Star-Telegram, January 9, 1945.
