Description

Jesse P. Moore sent home his oil study titled "The Gob's Christmas". The painting was a Christmas greeting card to his wife, Mrs. Lorrayne Moore. Mr. Moore is boatswain's mate second class in the U. S. Coast Guard. He is serving at a Naval Air Base in Biloxi, Mississippi. He is an amateur artist, who spends his spare time on painting, carving, and drawing cartoons. He studied art at North Texas Teacher's College.
